To ensure that the product you receive is of the highest possible quality, the supplied artwork has to be high quality and it may require enhancement due to the nature of the engraving / printing.
We understand that not all of us are graphic designers and capable of producing scalable artwork. Please contact us directly if you require any additional information on the submission of artwork. The preferable format for artwork to be supplied in is EPS, CDR or PDF format as curves.
If you have used our services before, we may have your artwork on file. Please note that even though it may have used previously, it may not be suitable for some applications and still require professional enhancement. If an artwork fee is required, we will discuss with you before production commences.
Logo enhancement generally ranges between $30 -$50 if required.
** Please note, there is no logo fee for Name Badges.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on your order total. Delivery charges are for Standard Road delivery. If you would like your order sent Express, please make comments in the Notes section.
We deliver Australia wide.
Our turn around time depends greatly on what and the quantity of your order. We order regularly from our suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders promptly. If you have left it to the last minute, just contact us and we will see what we can do to make it happen. We can order stock overnight, manufacture trophies in house or possibly substitute with something similar that we have in stock. We’re always happy to help so please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Yes. Your tracking number should be on your emailed invoice that you received when your order was completed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please get in touch and we will forward it on to you.
Absolutely! Our showroom is open Monday-Friday, 10am - 4:30pm at Shop 3 / 32 Treloar Lane, Pakenham, 3810, VIC.
